Adeline Mai

I am sure that you can tell that Adeline Mai encompasses every aspect of matter and aesthetic that I look for in photography recently. Some underwater photographers steer too close to commercial photography for my personal liking, however, Adeline Mai -- along with James Copper -- have more of an artistic aesthetic in their work.. I agree, it's a thin line that is a bit blurry. Underwater Ryan McGinley jump perhaps?

Allan Macintyre

Once again I am blogging about crisp black and white photography. I wonder if differences in my day-to-day style affects the photographers that I chose for their aesthetics that day? Lately I have been in an anti-colour mood. New York will do that to you. Life in a constant hangover mode will too. Black and white is so easy and classic. Actually, any big city around fashion week where people are dressing to impress bloggers and photographers will make you be anti-colour (in your wardrobe at least).
